Warranty Coverage

All products are backed by a 100% warranty against damage from normal wear and tear. If your gear fails under intended use, we will replace the defective component at no cost.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unused items in original packaging.

Important

Due to the nature of use, worn items are not eligible for refunds.

Any item that has been used or worn cannot be returned.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered.

Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact info@conceal-craft.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced at no charge.
