ConcealCraft ships orders within 1–3 business days using USPS.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that the shipping time does not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and USPS.

ConcealCraft is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lifetime Warranty

All ConcealCraft products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects and normal wear from intended use.

We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If your ConcealCraft product experiences a failure resulting from normal use, contact us and we will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation or modification, accidents, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact ConcealCraft with your order information and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us evaluate the claim.

Return Policy

ConcealCraft accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, unless the return is related to a warranty issue or defective product.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or the return is the result of an error on our part.

After 30 days, returns are not accepted.

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes products purchased at a discounted or promotional price.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the applicable refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
