Only got it because there was a sale on the main part. Don’t think I would have purchased it without the sale. Having said that, because the strip is thin, this does help pinching or the belt digging into the waist. Recommend this be a standard part that comes with the belt.

Works well, very difficult to install, but I'm taking a star off because this is an unnecessary expense that should already be installed on the Bridge to start with.
Personal opinion, but I see this pad as essential to a good experience, the belt tends to ride up in the back just a bit depending on the pant/shirt combo, and I don't love straight nylon webbing against the love handles. Definitely get the pad! Loved mine so much, that I made sure to get a belt/pad for the wife! women's fashion doesn't normally include a beefy belt to hang a holster/gun from, so this offers her an option to carry without having to completely change her sense of fashion.
It was a bit of a pain to get the stap through but once on it makes a big difference.
It seemed to make the strap more bulky without adding much comfort.
It’s about impossible to fit it on the strap. I emailed asking for some tips - and preferably a video - but didn’t get a response.
Best set up for wearing active shorts or sweat pants. I never leave my carry behind anymore.
It definitely makes wearing the bridge much more comfortable. It truly is a night and day difference. I would highly recommend it.
